Venison: top for waist and taste

A collaborative research project led by ADAS has found that venison not only contains significantly less fat than other red meats, but also comes up trumps in taste tests.

The research into ‘Improved Venison Quality’ found that those who had tried it rated it “better than most meats” for both quality and taste, with the health benefits an added advantage.
