Big opportunities from small carbon emissions

ADAS invites you to a breakfast meeting with the Carbon Disclosure Project from 08:00 to 10:00 am on 30th November at the RSA London.

Today, every organisation is facing the challenge of minimising its carbon emissions. To ensure organisations can step up to this challenge the Sustainability Leadership team at ADAS warmly invite you to a joint ADAS-Carbon Disclosure Project breakfast meeting from 08.00-10.00am at the RSA in Central London on 30th November: 'Big Opportunities from Small Carbon Emissions’. Here we will discuss the importance and many business benefits of managing carbon emissions, including disclosure to the CDP. Benefits include reduced operating costs, mitigation strategies for climate change and business reputation and resilience. This is an issue of paramount importance to all organisations, especially with an uncertain global future ahead.

The meeting will provide the opportunity to network with like-minded professionals to discuss the implications of mandatory reporting of emissions and the special challenge presented by your supply chain and Scope 3 reporting.

Our guest speaker will be Frances Way, CDP Program Director. Frances is on the management team at CDP and joined after eight years in the finance sector, to manage and expand CDP’s Supply Chain Project. Frances will be speaking on the importance of carbon disclosure, and how measuring your emissions will help you to implement effective reduction strategies.

Please download the agenda at the end of this article for details of all of our speakers and discussion topics.
